Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at support@pressoner.com — we can only make changes before your order enters the shipping process.
Shipping Delays

Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us at support@pressoner.com.
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
